Return and Exchange Policy
All Ice Red products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If our products do not measure up to this standard, Ice Red will repair or replace the defective products. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse as determined by Ice Red.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund, provided the items are unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. No returns on sale items.If this policy is not followed, we will only accept returns at our discretion. Please note returns will only be accepted for items purchased at icereddesigns.com, items purchased at a retail shop, department store, or specialty store may not be returned to icereddesigns.com.
Returns for Refund
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. Please note we cannot refund any shipping charges.
Returns for Exchange
Your new item choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of returned merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue you a refund or store credit.
How to Return Merchandise
ALL RETURNS MUST FIRST RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Please Email us at returns@icereddesigns.com providing us the following information:
a. Name and contact information
b. Date and location purchased
c. Description of the problem
d. Order number if purchased at icereddesigns.com
Upon receiving your request, we will review your claim. Once we find that your bags defects fits our warranty guidelines, you will be notified via e-mail. So please provide us with a valid address.
After receiving our authorization, ship us the defective product with the 'Original Proof of Purchase' and our 'Return Authorization Code' marked on the box. 'RAC' will be provided to you through email.

Note: You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs. We highly recommend using a service like UPS or FedEx which will give you a tracking number. We take no responsbility for bags lost in transit. We cannot process your warranty until we receive your return product. |
